Cut the beef into thin or cubed slices. Thread the beef pieces into skewers. Marinate the skewered meat with hottie suya and BBQ blend. Brush or spray the marinated meat with vegetable oil on all sides.
Put the marinated meat onto a preheated barbecue grill with medium-hot coals. Cook the meat for about 8-10 minutes rotating from time to time, until the meat is cooked through and slightly charred at the edges.
Serve the cooked skewered meat with some onions and tomatoes and any other vegetables as desired.
